The Oak Tree Project donates Professional Service Grants to qualified non-profit organizations in the areas of assessment, financial management, leadership (executive and board), human resource management, strategic planning, process management, technology strategies & information management, and marketing.

The Oak Tree Project was founded by five senior management consultants concerned about community issues and dedicated to doing something about it. They are members of the Northern California Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants USA.
